Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (excluding sale and promotional items). Exchanges are available only for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.

Refunds for Manufacturing Defects

Refunds are offered only for items with verified manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and include photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that appear worn, used, altered, or missing tags will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
